Wesleyan College Gives Back to Emergency Responders
Scholarship opportunities to be made available for dependants of Upshur County Emergency Responders
West Virginia Wesleyan College gave its thanks to Upshur County emergency responders and their families tonight.
Wesleyan announced the creation of a new scholarship to benefit dependents of county firefighters and EMS personnel.
