Technician Activity Report now available in CIS for NC and SC

The EMS Performance Improvement Center has just released a new field level report for EMS providers. The "Technician Activity Report" allows EMS personnel to view their total PCR count for given date range. It further breaks down the PCR count to provide the number of calls on which the technician was listed as the Primary Patient Caregiver, Driver, Secondary Patient Caregiver, or other role designation. It also lists the technician's certification level as well as the expiration date for their certification.
